How do I submit my proof of address (POA)?
Can a mobile phone bill or invoice be used as Proof of Address? Unfortunately, mobile phone bills or invoices are not within the scope of acceptable verification documents. Please provide another valid document. Why was my online shopping or food delivery receipt rejected? We’re sorry, but online shopping or food delivery receipts are not accepted as valid Proof of Address documents.
