OKX SG X Drops Club Terms and Conditions

X Drops Club is a rewards program offered by OKX SG Pte. Ltd. under the Terms of Service ("OKX"). It is a rewards program through which eligible customers can earn selected tokens ("Rewards") by satisfying the participation requirements specified for the relevant campaign ("Participation Requirements"). Rewards, eligible asset balances and eligible trading volumes may be subject to caps, tiers, multipliers or weighting coefficients, and may differ between categories of users, as set out in the relevant campaign page and/or FAQs. Participation Requirements may include, without limitation, holding digital assets ("Eligible Tokens") at or above specified asset thresholds in your funding and/or trading account(s), achieving specified trading volumes across your OKX account, or satisfying such other criteria as OKX may specify from time to time for the relevant X Drops Club campaign. The applicable Participation Requirements, the Eligible Tokens (where applicable), and all other campaign mechanics, rules, requirements, and restrictions are set out in the relevant X Drops Club campaign page and/or FAQs, which form part of these Terms and Conditions. OKX may add to or amend these from time to time. Each X Drops Club campaign has a specific start date and end date, including daily assessment and distribution (the "Promotion Period"). Please review the latest X Drops Club FAQ page for the applicable Promotion Period. By accessing the relevant X Drops Club campaign page and participating in the relevant X Drops Club campaign, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Certain products or services that may be taken into account for the purposes of a campaign may be provided to you by another OKX entity. The inclusion of activity relating to such products or services for the purposes of calculating your eligibility for, or Rewards under, a campaign does not change the entity providing the relevant product or service.
Participation in this X Drops Club program is limited to main account holders only. Sub-accounts are not eligible for participation.
You must pass or have previously passed OKX’s advanced identity verification.
Only new or existing eligible OKX customers who are registered and verified as Accredited Investors will be able to participate in this X Drops Club program. Please refer to the specific eligibility requirements in the latest X Drops Club FAQ page.
You must not be subject to any restrictions imposed on your account at the time of enrolment.
In order to receive the Rewards, you need to satisfy the Participation Requirements applicable to the relevant X Drops Club campaign. Please review the FAQ page for details regarding how we assess the Participation Requirements for purposes of eligibility, including (where applicable) how we calculate assets on platform and/or trading volume. Only the products, trading pairs and transaction types specified for the relevant campaign will count toward the Participation Requirements and any Rewards calculation. You agree that you are bound by the relevant campaign terms and conditions where the campaign-specific terms are detailed, including but not limited to those terms regarding Rewards (including APY or other Rewards calculation methodologies).
TTE campaign participation and trading-volume window. For Trade to Earn ("TTE") campaigns, your eligible trading volume will be counted from the time you successfully join the relevant campaign until the campaign ends. Trades completed before you join the campaign will not count, even if they were completed during the campaign period.
Common trading-volume base. Subject to any jurisdictional restrictions and the applicable campaign terms, eligible trading activity may include spot trading, buy, sell and convert transactions, and derivatives or leveraged trading provided by OKX Financial Pte Ltd ("OKX Financial"), including transactions made through APIs and trading bots. Although leveraged trading is provided by OKX Financial and not OKX SG, your eligible derivatives or leveraged trading activity with OKX Financial may be taken into account by OKX SG for the purposes of calculating your trading volume and Rewards under the relevant X Drops Club campaign. Zero-fee or zero-spread trades and stablecoin swaps will not count. All trading volumes will be converted into local fiat currency for calculation purposes.
Trading-volume calculation. All eligible trades will count towards your eligible trading volume. Where a TTE campaign applies a weighting coefficient to a designated campaign token, trading in that token will be multiplied by the coefficient specified in the applicable campaign terms (for example, 1.5x). All other eligible trading volumes will continue to count at 1x. Your eligible trading volume will be calculated as follows:

(campaign token trading volume * applicable coefficient) + (all other eligible trading volume * 1)

The applicable coefficient, eligible trading pairs and designated campaign token will be specified in the applicable campaign terms.
Volume Sharing Pool. Users who successfully join the campaign and meet the minimum eligible-trading-volume threshold stated in the applicable campaign terms will share a fixed reward pool funded by the relevant project team. Subject to any per-user reward cap, each qualifying user's Reward is calculated pro rata as follows:

(the user's eligible trading volume / the total eligible trading volume of all qualifying participants) * the applicable pool size

The applicable calculation mode, minimum threshold, pool size, per-user cap and Reward token will be specified in the relevant campaign terms and conditions.
TTE reward-distribution timing. Where a TTE campaign distributes Rewards daily, the first distribution may occur more than 24 hours after the campaign starts. The timing of the first distribution will depend on campaign funding availability and will be shown on the applicable campaign page. After the first distribution, subsequent distributions are expected to occur approximately every 24 hours, subject to verification, operational processing, system availability and the applicable campaign terms. The trading activity included in the first distribution will be specified in the applicable campaign terms.
Rewards for TTE campaigns will be calculated based on your eligible trading volume during the applicable assessment period, including any applicable volume weighting coefficients, in accordance with the applicable campaign terms. Rewards will be automatically distributed to your funding account in accordance with the distribution schedule specified in the applicable campaign terms.
Unless otherwise stated in the relevant X Drops Club campaign page and/or FAQs, Rewards shall accrue daily and actual Rewards distributed will be based on your satisfaction of the applicable Participation Requirements, as assessed by reference to portfolio snapshots of eligible assets in your funding and/or trading account(s), your trading volume over the relevant period, and/or such other assessment method stated for the relevant X Drops Club campaign. Rewards will then be automatically distributed to your OKX account based on the relevant assessment(s), including any snapshot(s) taken of your portfolio on the relevant day before 00:00 UTC+8. Where Rewards are allocated proportionally among participants, adjustments applied to some participants (such as multipliers, weighting coefficients or caps) may affect the effective Rewards share of other participants.
If you cease to satisfy the applicable Participation Requirements (including, for example, where the Eligible Tokens in your funding and/or trading account(s) fall below the required asset threshold, or where your trading volume falls below the required level), you will cease to be eligible for the Rewards unless and until you satisfy the applicable Participation Requirements again.
All applicable taxes, as well as any fees or additional expenses arising from the acceptance and use of Rewards under this X Drops Club program, shall be your sole responsibility. This includes, without limitation, any connection, installation, or service-related charges.
This X Drops Club program is not (i) investment advice or an investment recommendation; (ii) an offer or solicitation to buy or sell crypto/digital assets; or (iii) financial, accounting, legal or tax advice. You should carefully consider whether trading or holding crypto/digital assets is suitable for you in light of your financial condition and risk tolerance. Crypto/digital assets, including stablecoins and NFTs, are subject to market volatility, involve a high degree of risk and can lose value. Not all products offered in all regions and this activity may be limited or not offered in some markets. OKX reserves the right to monitor participant behavior during the relevant X Drops Club campaign and to disqualify any user it deems to have engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise irregular conduct. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts, using accounts or personal information belonging to others, submitting falsified KYC documentation, manipulating trading volume, engaging in wash trading or self-dealing, repeatedly recycling on-chain funds, participating in reward farming groups, or any other illegal, deceptive, or harmful activities. OKX reserves the right to revoke a participant’s eligibility without prior notice in the event of any such conduct.
OKX reserves the right to interpret the terms and conditions of this rewards program and the rules as they apply to each relevant X Drops Club campaign as it sees fit. It reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, exclude any participants from this rewards program, the campaign rules and/or cancel this rewards program without notice.
