Cashback is paid in USDG to your OKX Pay balance. The campaign has a cashback budget of €50,000 per calendar month. Once €50,000 in cashback has been awarded in a calendar month, the campaign will be paused for the remainder of that month and no further subscription cashback will be awarded. If the campaign continues into the following month, a new €50,000 monthly budget will become available.

The system performs the following checks before allowing closure: Pending transactions: If you have any unsettled purchases, refunds, or cashback rewards, you must wait until they are completed. Card blocked: If your card is already blocked for any reason, closure may be prevented — contact Support if needed. Account hold: If your OKX account has a compliance or legal hold, closure cannot proceed.
